What "same-day" realistically means
We keep some capacity free every day for urgent work across Manchester, prioritising south Manchester, Trafford, Salford and Stockport where our teams are usually already working. Contact us as early in the day as you can — before 10am gives the best chance of a same-day slot. Afternoon enquiries can often be done the same evening or first thing next morning.
What we can do at short notice
- Deep cleans and one-off cleans of homes and flats
- Urgent end of tenancy cleans before a check-out or viewing
- Post-party and post-event clean-ups
- Clean-up after minor leaks and floods once water has been stopped (we clean and sanitise; we're not a drying or restoration contractor)

What we'll be honest about
Some jobs can't be rushed. A full three-bedroom end of tenancy clean takes a team most of a day; if you call at 3pm for a 9am check-out we'll tell you what's achievable and what isn't. We would rather say "we can do the kitchen and bathrooms tonight and the rest at 7am" than promise the impossible.
How emergency cleaning is priced
Same-day work is priced the same way as any other clean — hourly or fixed — with a modest premium for genuinely out-of-hours starts (before 7am, after 9pm or Sundays). We'll always tell you the premium before you book. See our price guide.
How to get the fastest response
- WhatsApp us with photos, your postcode and the deadline — it's quicker than email
- Tell us what matters most if time is short (e.g. "kitchen and bathroom are the priority")
- Arrange access — a key safe or a neighbour with a key saves an hour
- Have the water/power situation resolved before we arrive for leak clean-ups
