Danitam Multi Resource Cleaning Services ("we", "us") of 13 Ullswater Road, Manchester, M22 1TU is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing cleaning services.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you submit via our quote form, WhatsApp, email or phone: name, phone number, email address, postcode/address, service required and any details you provide about the property or job.
- Service information needed to carry out work: access arrangements, key-safe codes (stored securely and deleted when no longer required), invoicing details.
- Technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract).
- To deliver, schedule and invoice cleaning services (performance of a contract).
- To keep records required by law, insurance and health & safety (legal obligation).
- To contact you about your booking. We do not send marketing without your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with providers who help us run the business — e.g. our email, form-handling and accounting providers — under contracts that protect your data. We never sell personal data. If our quote form is routed through a third-party form service, your submission is processed by that provider solely to deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data that does not lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months. Customer and invoicing records are kept for 6 years as required for tax purposes. Access details are deleted when a service ends.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, object to processing, or request a copy in a portable format.
