Danitam Multi Resource Cleaning Services is an independent, Manchester-based professional cleaning company providing domestic, commercial and specialist cleaning across Greater Manchester. This is who we are and how we work.
Our story
Danitam was founded in Manchester with a simple observation: most people who hire a cleaning company don't want anything complicated. They want cleaners who turn up, do what was agreed, to the standard promised, at the price quoted — and who they can reach if something isn't right. It sounds basic. In practice, it's rare.
So we built a company around it. "Multi Resource" reflects what we do: one team of trained professionals covering the full range of cleaning a home or business needs — regular domestic cleaning, end of tenancy and deep cleans, window, carpet and upholstery cleaning, after builders cleaning, and contract cleaning for offices, shops, restaurants, pubs, schools and venues. One company, one standard, one invoice.
Today we work from our base at 13 Ullswater Road, Wythenshawe (M22), across the whole of Manchester and the ten Greater Manchester boroughs, for hundreds of households, landlords and businesses. We're still independent, still local, and still answer our own phone.
How we work
- Every job in writing. A fixed quote or a written specification, so everyone knows what's included.
- Vetted, employed staff. DBS checks, references, training, uniforms and ID. Enhanced DBS for schools and nurseries.
- Fully insured. Public and employer's liability insurance, with RAMS and COSHH documentation for commercial clients.
- Supervised. A named supervisor for commercial contracts; completion checklists for fixed-price jobs.
- Guaranteed. If something's been missed, we come back and put it right.
Eco-friendly cleaning, as standard
We use plant-based, biodegradable products for everyday cleaning, concentrate refills to cut plastic, laundered microfibre systems, HEPA-filter vacuums and pure-water window cleaning that puts nothing but filtered water down the drain. Stronger professional chemistry is reserved for the jobs that genuinely need it — commercial kitchens, heavy limescale, sanitisation — and used carefully.
