How we price cleaning
Hourly — regular domestic cleaning and flexible commercial cleaning are priced per cleaner per hour, with an agreed number of hours per visit so you always know the cost.
Fixed price per job — end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans, after builders cleans, carpet cleaning and window cleaning are priced per property, room or item. The scope is defined, so the risk of the job running over sits with us, not you.
Contract — daily and multi-weekly commercial cleaning is quoted as a fixed per-visit or monthly fee after a free site survey, with the specification and cleaner-hours written down.
What changes the price
- Size of the property or premises, and number of bathrooms or washrooms
- Current condition and level of soiling
- Frequency — regular cleaning is cheaper per visit than one-off
- Furnished vs unfurnished (end of tenancy and deep cleans)
